QuikDiSC® cards are divided into four color-coded groups of 32 cards each. Each group has four sets of eight words that describe D, i, S, or C behavioral dimensions. Can be used alone or in conjunction with DiSC Classic Assessments. Complete instructions and ideas for small and large group games are included - here is a one way Quik DiSC is commonly employed:
Challenge people to think about the differences between the 4 behavioral preferences of DiSC: Dominance, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious. Time: 40 minutes to 1 hour. Ideally team size: 5 (no more than 10 people per deck of cards if done in pairs).
Provides learning that makes participants think about the subtle differences in behavior preferences. Create an in-depth discussion about each participant's own DiSC Classic Profile. For example: "Discuss how you could apply the "Increase Effectiveness" strategy." (a part of each individual DiSC Classic Assessment). Quik DiSC Card game is truly a Quick DISC - great as an icebreaker, to introduce a vulnerability, reinforce DISC training, or just plain fun!
