His entire career either as a professor at the University of Notre Dame, Director of Organizational Development for major Fortune 500 firms or as a Consultant, has focused on Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring, Team Building and Executive Coaching. He has a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Arnold Sykes has enjoyed a career in Talent Acquisition / Development, Executive Compensation, Succession Planning and Dispute Resolution / Conflict Management with a focus on Human Resources management. His work has been equally divided between Fortune 500 companies and Commercial Banking / Finance. He has a degree from the University of Arkansas.
